All products are imagined and designed in-house. They are then produced both locally and overseas to provide you with the best of Taylor inspired merchandise.
3. How much is shipping?
Local tracked shipping is $2 while overseas vary according to weight. Please choose the right country for mailing when purchasing.
4. I do not see my country at checkout.
The current listed countries are Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, America, United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, please contact us via the contact page and we'll reach out to you ASAP.
5. How long will my order take to get to me?
Processing time is 1-2 days. After that, local shipping should take 2 working days, while overseas shipping should take 10-20 working days.
6. I have changed my mind! Can I choose to get a refund?
All sales made are final and we really hope that you will like your new merchandise. That being said, if there is anything wrong with the product that you have received, please reach out to us via the contact tab and detail (1) your order ID, and (2) what is wrong with your order. We will make sure to get back to you via email asap!
